Regional HR Services Specialist (Contract)

  • Supporting employees in the South East Asia region
  • Respond to employee queries escalated through Centralised HR Services & HR source Team.
  • Work closely with the Centralised HR Services team and the business to on-board new hires and manage off-boarding with leavers
  • Partner with HRMPs to support Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Represent HR Operations on the creation of new legal entities
  • Partner with other HR COE functions and internal resources to execute corporate wide HR initiatives and client specific programs
  • Manage the visa and immigration process
  • Partner with Benefits Team to manage employee benefit plans, set up new hires, vendor management and employee communications.
  • Work with Legal to create, update and communicate country-specific policies ensuring compliance by country.
  • Maintain and manage employee files and employment related documentation and processes in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Evaluate and drive process excellence and efficiency throughout the region
  • Work with the Employee/HRMP to manage leave of absence in accordance with local legislation
  • Ad hoc projects as required


  • 5+ years of HR experience in an operational and generalist role
  • Graduate calibre with relevant HR qualifications
  • Experience working in a fast paced multi-cultural environment
  • Experience and knowledge of managing and implementing change and new programs/initiatives
  • Experience of identifying and building strong relationships with internal clients
  • Ability to translate processes, policies, procedures and systems into value-added solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Strong drive to achieve with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Proactive and Self-motivated, collaborative and a strong focus on quality and efficiency
  • Fluency in English 
  • Excellent with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint etc
  • Experience with Workday System is highly desirable
