Why You Matter We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to help drive market awareness and adoption of our leading Endpoint Protection Platform solutions outside of North America. In this pivotal role, you will drive the go-to-market strategy alongside our growing EMEA and APJ Sales and Marketing teams. Carbon Black is a fast-paced environment, and we are seeking someone in this role who can be innovative, rally a team, and make amazing things happen. What You’ll Do Thoroughly understand the IT security landscape and Carbon Black’s target audience, including their pain points, buying triggers, and purchase process Play a key role in the development of go-to-market plans and our narrative in the market Work in close partnership with Product Management, other marketing functions, and customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Success) to drive product success Transform messaging and positioning to be more persuasive and differentiated for the audiences outside of North America Serve as the primary voice of the EMEA and APJ markets during product planning and drive product announcements Support sales efforts through identification of successful sales strategies, development of sales tools and assets, and impactful training and enablement What You’ll Bring 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B software and a passion for cybersecurity (even if you are new to the field) An understanding of buying cycles across mid-market and large enterprises Assertive team player and leader with the ability to positively influence without direct authority to drive deliverables Ability to take complex ideas and simplify them in a way that’s accessible Excellent written communication and presentation skills Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization Experience developing customer-facing messaging and content Self-motivated, organized, and a strategic thinker Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field.
