In this role, you will be responsible for helping build a next-generation user interface for administrators managing large fleets of network appliances. With your passion for user experience, an aptitude for design thinking, experience with usability patterns, and knowledge of Web UI technologies, you will own & drive UI design in collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts & development team to deliver on our vision of an interactive and intuitive user interface that delights our users and gives them super powers.

Required Skills

  • Own end-to-end design process, initiatives & deliverables to define and optimize the experience of new and existing features for the web, mobile and appliance UI’s.

  • Own and implement company-wide visual standards to improve integration across products.

  • Effectively conceptualize and communicate design strategy and detailed interaction behaviors.

  • Create mockups, workflows, and design specs to quickly visualize new features.

  • Utilize qualitative and qualitative methodologies to track and quantify key UX metrics from product management, customers and executive leadership.

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in user experience design, HFI certification will be added advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent professional experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in working on a collaborative team with stakeholders and customer to understand and solve challenges & working directly with developers to implement designs.

  • Demonstrated expertise through mockups and style guides.

  • Ability to prototype in HTML & CSS.

  • Experience with a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, InDesign,InVision etc.

  • Prior experience with networking products will be nice to have.
