Key Deliverables:
•    Manage PM Process, deliverables, services , documenting and reporting of project's timeline, and further recommending necessary actions to improve overall project progress.
•    Manage the receipt of documents for external and internal sources; track the flow of document review; and ensure all project deliverables are met through ProjectWise
•    Manage project distribution matrixes
•    Checks compliance and quality of documents
•    Work with several different types of Client FTP and SharePoint sites for file transfers
•    Compile data for project data books & record books at project completion
•    Ensure all responses and outcomes recorded, are true and accurate
•    Participating in planning by completing required planning documentation, performing process walkthrough meetings, and drafting risks, controls and tests for review by the Auditor-in-Charge
•    Performing reviews in accordance with services standards and producing clear and concise documentation aligning attributes with objectives, and connecting conclusions reached related
•    Asking questions to understand and follow up clarifying questions to complete assigned work
•    Demonstrating professional skepticism and comfort with questioning how certain processes are being performed in order to facilitate enhancement opportunities
•    Applying analytical skills to review information and determine potential control weaknesses
•    Ensuring all work papers meet the documentation & quality requirements throughout the lifecycle of an engagement (Planning, Fieldwork, Reporting & Wrap – Up)
•    Participating in quality assessment activities for reviews performed by other internal & external review team members

•    Demonstrating a strong acumen for risks & controls in areas like Finance, HR, Corporate Real Estate, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Marketing, etc.

•    Managing relationships with key internal & external stakeholders and ensure adherence to project timelines & deliverables.
•    Demonstrating a high level of engagement at work by closely interacting with internal and external teams, participating in audit engagements, trainings, team building & community relations activities
